Service Scope
Vigilcore provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for residential building management and security operations.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for lawful use of the platform, internal access controls, and compliance with local regulations, including privacy and surveillance laws.
Service Availability
Vigilcore strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and emergency updates may occur.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vigilcore shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business operations.
Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify Vigilcore against claims arising from misuse of the platform or violation of applicable laws.
Termination
Either party may terminate services in accordance with contractual terms. Upon termination, client data will be handled according to retention policies.
